There’s no denying we all love chocolate on Valentine’s Day, but what about rosy red or sweet pink cocktails to enjoy the holiday of love? Whether you’re spending this Valentine’s Day with your significant other, your friends or yourself, try out these delicious and easy Valentine’s Day cocktails!
1. Flirty Fizz

- 1 oz. Pinnacle vodka
- 2 oz. Lemon-lime soda
- Splash of cranberry juice
Mix over ice and serve!
2. Forbidden Love Cocktail

- 2 oz. Hendricks gin
- 1 oz. blood orange juice
- dash of simple syrup
- 2 strawberries
- 4 slices of cucumber
1. Muddle fruit with simple syrup. Add gin and blood orange juice.
2. Shake and strain into a martini glass.
3. Garnish with strawberry, cucumber spiral and orange peel hearts.
3. Bubbly Poinsettia

- 3 oz. gin
- 1 oz. pomegranate liqueur
- ½ oz. agave syrup (or any honey substitute)
- 1 oz. maraschino liqueur
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- Rosé Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
- 2 lemon slices
1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add gin, pomegranate liqueur, agave syrup, maraschino liqueur, and lemon juice. Shake for several seconds.
2. Strain the mixture into 2 glasses (flute glasses optional).
3. Top each with chilled Champagne and a lemon slice.
